Who I AM

I understand myself as an Artist of Life. Professionally, I am a senior HR leader and a certified Executive Coach. Photography is central to my practice, and I find clarity and renewal through movement in the mountains I love.

I have always been drawn to transformation — in individuals, in teams, and in society. We have too many experts telling us what the truth is and what the solutions to our planet’s obvious problems should be. I am not speaking about that kind of transformation — the kind driven by experts.

Transformation, as I understand it, begins in liminality — in moments when the old frame no longer holds and the new one has not yet taken shape. Liminality is not a place but a mode of perception: the capacity to remain present in uncertainty without rushing toward premature answers.

Within that space, incubation becomes possible. It is the process through which our participation in life quietly reconfigures itself — not through external instruction, but through remembering. A renewed alignment with what is already entangled with us.

Transformation is not imposed.

Life unfolds.
